Digital Catalogue Cards

I read a post yesterday about creating your own digital catalogue cards. I made this one this morning, so easy and fun too. I've got to add a bit more to it yet but what a great idea as a journalling block or what about a weekly journal, it's pretty fast and simple to just type in what has happened over the week.
