Seeing my own country
Mike and I have made a pact that from now on, at least once a month, we go somewhere in our own country that we have never been before. Today it was South Head, the Kaipara Harbour. Two of the views at Shelley Beach. Just Beautiful. We had such a nice afternoon. Drove out through Kumeu, Helensville, Huapai, Parakai. I have lived in Auckland for pretty much the last 50 years yet I have never been to South Head before.

beautiful photos....a great idea too(visiting sites you've never seen). Being as I've never been to NZ, like how long would it take to drive from coast to coast width wise?
